Shipping policy

Please place your order and ensure payment has been made in full, before 12pm for your order to be processed within 24hrs. However, if it contains chocolate, we may hold back shipping due to the heat unless you express via email that the order is urgent.

For orders of £25 or less and subject to weight, upon checking out, you will be able to select the type of shipping you would like from:

• Royal Mail 1st Class
• Royal Mail 2nd Class
• EVRI Express
• EVRI Standard

All Rakhi & Card orders over £25 will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd Class, however if you would like another type of postage service, it will be available on checkout for a discounted rate ie less £1.55. 

Kindly note, the free delivery threshold only applies to Rakhis & Cards - Chocolate bars will not count towards this. 

Orders with Chocolate Bars will be posted via EVRI only, due to the nature of the product.
